I love decorating for the season, so I’m starting out by showing you the small stuff. I have no idea why my mom and mom in law think I like salt and pepper shakers, but they are sweet. The wire baskets my mother in law would put next to each of my child’s place setting at her home on Easter. The bird is a gift we gave her, and the frog Nick bought me one year. That’s Nick at about age 3 in the background This is a shelf in my cabinets in the den.
This is on top of a book case in the Den. Scenes from Halifax NS, hand painted post cards. A sweet little plaque from a friend, oils, and a bunny tea light.
Our entry way welcome flag.
The pieces of my entry table. I’m filling the dish with jellybeans, wonder how long those will last?
These are the $4.00 flower bunch on day 6, not bad!
I’m still looking for an embroidered runner my grandmother made, but the linen closet is not in the best of shape…ha ha.
I hope you enjoyed the small touches.
Don’t forget to leave a comment for the give away!
