Weekend Cooking: Fancy Pants Chicken

October 11, 2014 Weekend cooking 7

Weekend Cooking 2

Weekend Cooking is hosted by Beth Fish Reads and is open to anyone who has any kind of food-related post to share: Book (novel, nonfiction) reviews, cookbook reviews, movie reviews, recipes, random thoughts, gadgets, fabulous quotations, photographs. If your post is even vaguely foodie, feel free to grab the button and link up anytime over the weekend.

In one of my online groups we often share recipes that are big hits with our families.  A few friends had tried and raved about this one, so I gave it a shot.  It was a success here too.  I substituted deli ham and provolone cheese when I made it, because I had them on hand.
