It’s that time again, twice a year readers around the world join in a day of reading fun.

Here is the opening meme that went out at 8am EDT.

1. What fine part of the world are you reading from today?  I’m here in sunny warm Florida, Titusville to be exact, near the Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic ocean.

2. Which book in your stack are you most looking forward to? Well I’m a late sign up and late to prep this year, I’m starting with THE MAPMAKER’S CHILDREN by Sarah McCoy.  It publishes 5/5 and so far it’s very good!!!

3.Which snack are you most looking forward to?  The Lindt salted caramel bar I bought.  I had 2 pc and it’s yummy.

4. Tell us a little something about yourself!  Most basic stuff you can learn by clicking on the About Me tab on my blog.  I have two daughters in college, one who is graduating in 6 days.  My son is home and 17, a junior in HS and he’s been gone all day with friends to a park with springs.  My husband is a wonderful reading supporter, he went and got lunch and the rest of what we needed to make a pot of soup for dinner.

5. If you participated in the last read-a-thin, what’s one thing you’ll do different today?  Well I planned earlier last time.  I’ve participated in several readathons now…this might be my fifth one by quick blog review count.  I’m a night owl by nature, so expect me to get my mojo going late and I could be up till the wee hours of Sunday morning.

If you stopped by, hi and leave a comment.  Thank you to Andi and Heather for all the work they do to make this possible.  I adore you both!!
