It’s Monday February 6! What Are You Reading?

February 6, 2017 It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 9

Welcome back to an It’s Monday post!  A place to talk all things reading, listening to books, and what you plan to read next!  This meme is hosted by Kathryn at Book Date, please click over and see her reads and links to many other great blogs.  Thank you as always for stopping by.

Last week was a good week of reading for me, I finished two in print and one in audio!

Behind Her Eyes really does have a #WTFending, and I will have a review up this week.  It’s getting so very much talk.

My (not so) Perfect Life is publishing tomorrow, February 7, 2017, and it’s a return to an old favorite author for me.

Commonwealth was my audio finish, a book club pick and one I also hope to review this week.

What I’m reading now

I can barely call this reading, I’ve read 3 pages…ha ha.  I am looking forward to it.  It’s based on a true story.

I’m listening to:

Fascinating non-fiction about this hospital and the medical community in New York City from the middle of the 1700’s.  The subject is so interesting but the audio is not my favorite, I understand the need for factual voice, but it’s very dry.  Still enjoying, and it’s a long audio.

What’s up next?

Just an idea of a what’s in my stacks.  Many great books publishing in February.

What about you?  What are you reading right now?

Thrilled to hear you’re reading WWTLO – it’s fantastic and the author is a friend of mine from college!

I’m halfway through Behind Her Eyes…looking forward to that ending.

Everyone seems to be talking about Behind Her Eyes. I’m interested to read a few more reviews before I decide. I’m almost done with We Were the Lucky Ones and have just loved it! Hope you do too.

You have some great reading coming up. The only new to me book is The Nearness of You that I haven’t seen before but it looks inviting.

Oh, what a great selection of books I see some familiar ones here that I have onmy shelf (Behind Her Eyes, Commonwealth) and some I have on my TBR list when they are released (The Orphan’s Tale, The Mother’s Promise, We Were the Lucky Ones). Enjoy all your lovely books!

These are all new to me though I’ve seen most of them on other blogs. I am always amazed at just how many good books are out there. Come see my week here. Happy reading!

Good book haul for you this week! I also am interested in Behind Her Eyes due to buzz and hush-hush hints about an unexpected ending. And Always and The Nearness of You are on my wishlist to look out for. Have a wonderful week!
