It’s Monday February 13! What Are You Reading?

February 13, 2017 It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 4

Hi again!  I’m joining other bloggers in posting this weekly prompt hosted by Kathryn at Book Date.  A place to share what you’ve been reading, have read, plan to read etc.  I assure you if you visit the other blogs you’re sure to be adding to your to be read list.  Fair warning… ha ha.

Books read last week:

I cannot express how amazing this book is.  It’s historical fiction based on the story of one family.  When we often think there can be no more unique stories about WWII , be they stories of those lost or survival tales, this book will open up your mind to the story of the Kurc family.  It ripped my heart out, mostly in a good way and I am amazed by the power of love, determination, and sheer will.

Currently Reading:

I had forgotten Sally Hepworth‘s skill at weaving a story, and I am loving this book.

Listening to:

Still very interesting if you are fascinated by medical history.  It’s amazing how far we’ve come.

What’s up next:

Could be any one of these books, depending on mood.

Thanks for stopping by, I hope you’ll comment and share what you’re reading.

I’m so so thrilled you loved WWTLO! I’d been fairly burned out of WWII prior to reading it…like you said….it’s hard to find unique stories left to tell. And hers was truly unique.
