It’s Monday February 20! What Are You Reading

February 20, 2017 It's Monday! What Are You Reading? 10

Welcome back to my Monday post where I join with other bloggers and discuss all things reading.  Hosted by Kathryn at Book Date, and you can click over to see what she’s been reading and many others.

Books I finished last week:

Look for this review tomorrow, I really loved this book.

What I’m reading now:

These three books publish tomorrow February 21, and the first one is an e galley with an expiring date that I am rushing to finish!!  I hope to finish all before the end of the week.

Friday I’ll be meeting Pam Jenoff at Vero Beach Books, and I can’t wait.  I’ve read some of her previous books, but not all, so I’m really looking forward to this time with her!!  Her previous education and careers give her a unique voice for the books she writes.  Kind of a girl crush if you can’t tell!!

Currently Listening to:

Still enjoying this, I think I have about four hours left.

Other book events this week-

I was contacted by the publisher about reading this book, and the synopsis sounds good. I’m in love with the cover!  It also happens Karen Brown lives in Florida and is speaking at a bookstore in Tampa this Wednesday.  Gives me an excuse to see my daughter!!

March is just around the corner and there are TOO MANY books I want to read.  I’m also going to be on a cruise for a week and that may or may not lead to more reading.  I hope you’re reading something good….leave me a comment on what I’m reading and what you’re reading too.  Have a wonderful week.

My March list of books I’m interested in is crazy long too. I have no idea how that happened! At least Feb and April were/are somewhat light for me. Have a great week!

I am keeping my April reads very light for that reason, I know there is no way I’ll get through all my March books on time…ha ha.

I loved The Orphan’s Tale, which was my favorite January read. It was my first by Pam Jenoff, but I’ll be reading more from her. How exciting that you’ll be meeting her.

The Mother’s Promise is on my list…and I love the look of The Clairvoyants.

Have a great week, and here are MY WEEKLY UPDATES

Oh Really! My April arc list is just 4 books right now. I have 2 more books I’d like to read but so far no arc. I’ll need the free time to finish March’s hefty list…ha ha.

I’m in the middle of 4 books! I have GOT to learn to finish one before beginning another. 🙂 One of them that I’ll zip through is Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. I’ve listened to a few of her podcasts (Magic Lessons) lately and found myself inspired and motivated. Always need a push now and then. 🙂

I am trying to read one at a time these days…but it’s so tempting to read more at the same time…LOL. Happy Reading!
